                摘要:稳定同位素标记的L-色氨酸是核技术在氨基酸方面ㄨ的应用。在合成方面∞,除有机合成和同位素交换法外,微生物法由于在全标记以及构型方面的优势,近年来也得到广泛应用;在应ぷ用方面,稳定同位素色氨酸作为示踪剂,已被【广泛用于医学、生物、化工√等行业,随着蛋白质工◤程、分子生物学以及多肽等药物的发展,将迎来更加美好的应用前景。
